12 weeks · gym or home

Here's exactly what to do in the gym.

I wasted about two years guessing in there. This is the 12-week plan I wish someone had handed me, built around your goal, your schedule and your equipment.

  • Takes about two minutes, no email needed
  • You see the whole plan before you pay
  • Full gym, or whatever you've got at home
  • Pay once, keep it. 30-day money-back guarantee

Boeshi is the guy in the photos. He was the before photo too, scroll down.

Who made this

I was the before photo. That's the whole reason this exists.

I started out taking bathroom mirror selfies with no idea what I was doing, and I wasted about two years guessing. Everything in this program is what actually worked, without the wasted years.

Is this you

Sound familiar?

If you nodded at any of these, this is exactly what the program is for.

You go to the gym, but you decide what to do once you're already standing there.

ESG fixes this

Every training day has a written session waiting. You open it and do what it says.

You've been lifting roughly the same weights for months and you look about the same.

ESG fixes this

The plan adds reps or weight every week on purpose, so you're always slightly ahead of last week.

You don't know how much to eat, so you either eat everything or you barely eat.

ESG fixes this

You get a calorie range and a protein number from your own bodyweight, and logging a meal takes a few taps.

You start strong, miss a week, and then never go back.

ESG fixes this

Missing days doesn't reset anything. You pick up at the next session and keep going.

You bought a program before and never opened the PDF again.

ESG fixes this

This isn't a PDF. It's an app that shows today's workout, logs your sets and remembers them.

You're a beginner and every program you find looks like it's written for a bodybuilder.

ESG fixes this

Weeks 1 to 4 are deliberately light. You learn the lifts before anything gets heavy.

Inside the app

These are real screenshots of the app you get.

Nothing here is a mockup. This is the thing that opens on your phone after you buy.

Today's workout is the first thing you see

Tap into it, log each set as you do it, and the app saves your weights so next week you know exactly what to beat.

Food targets you can actually hit

Your calories and protein come from your own bodyweight. Log a meal in a few taps, or photograph your fridge and get something you can cook from what's in there.

Your weight, photos and PRs in one place

Week 1 sits next to right now, so you can see what changed instead of trying to remember.

Your week

You'll know what to do every single day.

Your program: Upper / Lower Split

Monday · Week 5 of 12

Upper Body

7 exercises · 28 working sets · about 55 minutes

    The plan changes every week

Weeks 1 to 4 build technique. Weeks 5 to 8 add volume. Weeks 9 to 11 get heavy. Week 12 is a deload so you're not fried.

    45 to 60 minutes a session

Six or seven exercises with real rest times written in. Nobody has three hours and neither do I.

Full gym or your bedroom floor

Tell it what equipment you have and it swaps the exercises for ones you can actually do.

    Every set is saved

Last week's weights show up next to this week's, so progressing isn't a memory test.

    How it starts

Three steps and you're training today.

You can do the first two right now without paying or giving an email.

    Member results

This wall is empty on purpose.

We just launched, so there are no member transformations yet. Real ones go here with names on them when people send them in. Stock photos and made-up quotes would be easy, and they would also be lying.

Until then the only transformation on this page is Boeshi's own, and those videos are all still up on his channels.

    FAQ

    Straight answers.

If something isn't here, the quiz is free and you can just go look at what you'd get.

    Boeshi

    Still stuck on something?

Ask him on TikTok or in the comments. He reads them, mostly.

    Go ask
What do I actually get for the money?

A 12-week training program written around your answers, calorie and protein targets based on your bodyweight, exercise demos, nutrition and mindset lessons, and the app that runs all of it and logs your sets. Pro and Elite add the community, the weekly calls and direct access on top.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this too much?

No. The first four weeks are deliberately light and are about learning the lifts with good form. Every exercise has a demo, and the app tells you the sets, reps and rest for each one.

I don't have a gym. Can I still do it?

Yes. You tell it what equipment you have during the quiz, including bodyweight only, and it picks exercises you can actually do. You can change that later if your setup changes.

    How long are the workouts?

Six or seven exercises, usually 45 to 60 minutes including the written rest times. If you only have three days a week, the plan is built as full-body sessions instead.

    Is this a subscription?

The 12-week course is a one-time payment and it stays yours. There's a separate optional membership at $20 a month or $149 a year for the ongoing community and calls, and buying the course does not sign you up for it.

What if I miss a few days?

Nothing resets and nothing gets locked. You come back and do the next session. Everyone misses days, including Boeshi.

Can I see the plan before I pay?

Yes, and you don't need an email to start. The quiz shows you your split, your calorie range, your protein target and the 12-week outline before any payment screen appears.

    How does the refund work?

You have 30 days from purchase. Email us inside that window and you get a full refund. You don't have to send photos or prove you tried. The exact terms are on the refund page.

    Does this work for women?

Yes. The quiz asks your goal, bodyweight and training days, and the program is built from those. The lifts and the way you progress them are the same either way.

    Is Boeshi actually involved?

It's his program and his training. On Pro you get him on the weekly calls and in the Q&A. On Elite there are a limited number of 1-on-1 slots, which is why they're limited.

    Last thing

You can see the whole plan without paying anything.

Answer the questions, look at what you'd be getting, then decide. If you buy it and it turns out not to be for you, you've got 30 days to get your money back.
